Incorrect size
We understand it's sometimes hard to select the right size when purchasing from a brand for the first time...
So, with your first ever purchase we will gladly exchange your clothing for the correct sized item free of charge.

Your item/s must be unworn, unwashed in the original packaging with all tags attached.  Your receipt is required as proof of purchase.

Faulty product

Although we do complete 100% QC checks on items before sending,  we are all human and sometimes unfortunately something may slip through the cracks...

If your Nya purchase is faulty or damaged, Nya will provide a full refund including return postage costs.  This is subject to inspection by Nya prior to returning faulty goods.
